I recently started using LiveAnswer for my small business. Their website makes it really easy to sign up and track phone calls that are coming in. I've listened to every recorded call and the agents are very polite and efficient! I was able to choose English and Spanish speaking agents and they make my business run much smoother. I would recommend this to any small business in order to increase productivity!
