Excellent Software & Service

We are a 100+ dog boarding and grooming facility. I have been using Kennel Connection for over 9 years. I tried quite a few programs when I was looking to go computerized. What I found were many complex and incomplete programs. KC was a program that not only offered the services I needed but was extremely user friendly. The fact that I could demo it to see its ease of use was a huge plus. I knew I could take one of my staff who was terrified to use a computer and teach her how to use this program.

It is an excellent program that meets all of our needs. It allows me to organize my bookings down to small details. The record keeping for each animal and customer allows us to keep a multitude of notes to ensure that we know as much about the pet as possible. Report generation from feeding to waste saves us time as well as ensuring the pets are monitored.

Everything was explained to me when I called to purchase. Constant updates keep the program running smooth and bring added features on a regular basis. I pay the annual service fee and it is well worth it. I have always gotten prompt replies to any questions or issues I might have. That even includes an occasional phone call from the owner. You can't go wrong with this product or its support team.
