Like a previous review I have had a terrible time dealing with this company trying to get my cash lump sum. They continually send letters telling me I haven't completed a part of the forms - not the case. They tell me one thing needs sorted and that gets done and I'll hear back from them in 10 days. Then another letter comes in and that says something else is wrong. Again the process of phoning, getting things sorted happens and you'll get another letter in 10 days. It can only be seen as stalling tactics!!!!
I would strongly advise friends and family not to use this company
