This company is appalling, not only has our endowment policy not performed in any way as well as our other endowments with other companies, but now it appears that after paying this policy for 25 years and them taking the money from our bank for 25 years, that their rep originally spelt our name wrong. Now the policy has matured, they won't pay us. On request we sent them a notorised copy of our passports by a solicior we've been dealing with for 15 years, only to be told that the solicitor doesn't exist. She is not a solicitor. This company is a complete and utter farce. If anyone considers dealing with them, beware. The worst customer service you could find.
