I was recommended Withy King by Chancellors 'Move with us' service after accepting an offer to sell my house. The Withy King staff is simply too busy to give you any time, they are not interested at all in your individual case. Letters are missed in post, never arrived; never return phone calls, incomplete answers to basic questions by email. Questions like can we set an exchange date? “Do not use for conveyancing. Useless”

I was recommended Withy King by Chancellors 'Move with us' service. As I was buying a repossession property I wanted the assurance of no fee if the sale fell through, so this was ideal. The Withy King Conveyancing assistants (not solicitors) are simply too busy to give you any time, they are not interested at all in your individual case. Other people find their services with injury claims as outstanding. I want to share my experience when buying a home was a horrifying experience. As first time buyer I was recommended their services by mortgage bureau. Things only moved when I rang or e-mailed them. Nothing was done and usual time scale was always delayed. Either way, I still have no regrets about using Withy King... They have been fantastic...
