During a particularly stressful and emotional time in my life when my trust and confidence in most people that I encountered was at rock bottom I found Mark at Withy King so easy to deal with. He was; at all times, extremely courteous and understanding in his contact with me. He was empathetic to my situation in a friendly but proffessional way which always made me feel at ease under sometimes very difficult circumstances. I was kept updated throughout the duration of the case both in all of the Legalities and progress with the other party involved. If there was ever anything that I didn't understand Mark always explained every step in simple terms; without 'jargon', that I could understand. I was given options throughout the case to enable Mark to get the outcome that was best for me with his advice and guidance throughout. I really was not in 'a place' at the time which would have allowed me to have fought my case alone so with the friendly, professional service which I received from Mark I believe that I received the settlement that I deserved.
