I was contacted by text within a couple of hours to verify my application, and that was on a weekend. By the Monday lunch-time I had received the first draft, been contacted in an e-mail by an officer, made amendments, had the paperwork re-done, and seen and agreed the final draft. Very fast service, easy to follow, all done in a step-by-step way that was not in the least complicated. Not being very computer literate I was concerned about how I would cope but it was made so straight forward you can't go wrong. If I was asked to recommend a service for this purpose I would not hesitate in saying to use this site. I feel confidant knowing that any of my questions would have been answered, and relieved that I chose to use this site as opposed to others. If asked to mention the negative side I would have to say that in my opinion I did not find one.
