Cheap yes but really the headache is not worth it!! Our solicitor is useless, does not seem that much has been done since we instructed them! Now our sellers are fed up and growing inpatient. She does not respond to email/phonecalls from myself,agent or sellers solicitors and when you do get through she gives you fake promise that progress will happen! Promised we would exchange last week, nothing happened so I called again and was told by her assistant we would exchange Monday without fail!! It's Tuesday and not a word.....save yourself the grief
