We have used Permits2Work to obtain first my wife's Spouse Leave to Remain and subsequent Indefinite Leave to Remain. In both cases we were in extremely difficult situations with family health issues requiring us to use the Expedited service at the Border Agency. Recently applied my Tier 2 work permit and dependant application through P2W. Really good in getting all the documents ready and checked for the application to go through correctly. The application was made really late from our side, but [name removed] from P2W made sure that all the documents where filled out correctly and nothing was missed. Permits2Work helped me with my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain. It was good to have the stress of the situation taken care of by someone else, and the company seemed knowledgeable. I didn't find the Immigration Consultant to be as organised as I expected for the amount of money that I paid (I had to send documents to P2W by Special Delivery several days in a row, rather than all at once, due to the fact that some required documents had not been on the original list I received). I had to extend my visa from PSW to tier 2 work permit and my company hadn't got the Sponsorship certificate at that time. My visa was expiring in 2 months by the time they have decided to sponsor me. Our HR has chosen Permits2work as an agent for processing the Sponsorship (at that time most other agency were saying that they would at-least need 3 months to get the sponsorship). He completed all of my paperwork in a timely manner and provided it to me for review prior to the scheduled appointment.
