Our experience has been unbearable! You can only speak to call center staff who can only be described as incompetent with little knowledge of the subject. For a simple re-mortgage and transfer of deeds it has taken us over 4 months and we still haven't reached completion. We have found ourselves telling them what to do and then we have to ask ourselves what exactly we are paying them for.
We would not have chosen to use them - they were prescribed by our new mortgage provider, Clydesdale. If you can in any way avoid using Optima Legal - do! And if you have to use them, don't expect your case to progress any time soon!
