I'm still in the process of dealing with these clowns so am not going to go into a huge amount of detail but will provide a full and frank breakdown of all of their failings once our sale / purchase is completed (or not, I'm at the point of telling everyone I've had quite enough thank you and I'll just stop where I am). Safe to say I wouldn't go near them to deal with conveyancing for either a sale or a purchase and I've never come across such an incompetent company in my life.
