Used Fidler and Pepper to act for us in the sale of our house and some months later to buy another property. On both occasions they were extremely efficient and dealt with everything on the same day it landed on their desk. Friendly, approacahble service and plenty of info on their website. Very competitive pricing. The on-line case tracker was a real bonus and we used it frequently to view documents and keep an eye on progress. Would not hesitate to recommend their services to others. I've used Fidler & pepper 3 times now for two house sales and a will and probate case. On each occasion i have had great service with very good communication. The price is in line with all other solicitors but the service is much better. The website on line Tracker is a super tool for you to track how things are progressing after work hours. This company embraces technology with the online case tracker and text messages. Check out their website- The staff photos are really cool! We didn't have to make numerous phone calls to check on our case as we were always fully informed by Mandy and her team. The case tracker allowed us to see correspondence and documents in real time rather than waiting for them to be posted. This allowed us to be one step ahead and respond accordingly. Our sale and purchase was a particularly difficult one with the sale of our property falling through twice and then lots of delay tactics and untruths from our purchasers estate agents. Very pleased with the work carried out on the sale of our house in Luton and purchase of a house in Huthwaite.Dealt with Kay Griffin and Laura Scott.Met Kay in person , she was very friendly and filled both myself and my wife with confidence.Only dealt with Laura via e mail and phone but again she was very competent and dealt with any questions and queries we had quickly and efficiently.
