I thought this was going to take several weeks so I completed the application form online 2 months in advance, as advised, saving me £8. It was simple and straight forward, the deed poll arrived a few days later. I didn't actually need it until March. I was very impressed with the service. The member of staff I spoke to about 18 months before advised me well and always responded to my e-mail queries quickly. Taking all the stress and anxiety away. you see the costs as you go along on the application form so there are no unpleasant surprises.
