I hadon't an accident in December, and I am yet to receive my compensation. They have advised that the medical examiner wants more information about my claim to see if my accident was as a result of previous medical issues! All total nonsense. The accident was not my fault as I wasaid hit from the back. I lost a financially immediately after my accident and I am still struggling with constant back pain. Each time I contact this organisation, they advice that they would transfer me to my advisor who never picks her call. I have incurred additional cost to my phone bills.I wish I read the reviews before ever allowing them to handle my claim.

Hi. Thanks for your review. Are you referring to wwwcarpenters-law.co.uk? I've just started dealing with them and they seem to be unresponsive and uncaring

I’ve had two medical examiners and doctors reports and on August last year they told me they where in touch with the other insurance company regarding the car accident I was in and would get word back in a couple weeks and I’m still waiting the accident was nearly three years ago

I had an accident in Aug 15. I am still waiting for this to be resolved. I have had numerous case handlers, they never answer anything and the stress they cause by being useless is as bad as the constant back pain I suffer!!!!
