We were given the Ryobi blower/vac as a Christmas present 2 years ago. It has had very little use, probably used 3 times. It is heavy, awkward to manouvre, not to mention noisy. As I said we had only used the product 3 times when I noticed a burning smell coming from the engine and sparks coming out of it. I phoned Ryobi to complain about it, they haven't answered my call. I then emailed them twice, they still have not responded. Their back up service is deplorable! I would never purchase... (read more)
