I am an absolute pig when I get bad service but I have to take my hat off to OKI.
We have had the printer for years with very little problem. When something goes wrong they have good customer support. Recently we had a network problem and needed their help. They were fantastic. Considering that we have had more than a full life from the machine the free, out of warranty support they offer is second to none.
Hats off to OKI, I know which is my preferred printer when I come to change it in.
