Unprofessional, rude & fraud clinic

REM laser clinic is one of the most unprofessional clinics I have ever visited. The staff are inexperienced and incompetent in the work they do. Each experience at the clinic is with a new member of staff therefore you have to go through the details of your treatment each time you visit. They fail to look at your records from your previous visit and so your treatment could be a waste of time. On many occasions I have had to suggest a higher course of treatment as there hasnt been any improvements. The customer service is appauling, owners of the business are often in the back office and you can hear a baby screaming in the background for hours. I expect a calming and tranquil experience when i go to a clinic however this is by far the worse place for any kind of treatment. The worse thing of all is the cleanliness of the treatment and the undignified manner they allow you leave, the staff apply a gel to the area that is being treatment however once treatment has been done they make you wipe the gel off yourself without the use of any mirrors, the clinic is based on a busy main road and many of the women who have treatment done here expect a private, dignified service however this is the last thing you can expect from this place. A member of staff was telling me that the owners are only interested in making money and dont take an interest in the finer details of the actual service being provided, the staff also only get paid minimum wage to work unsociable hours and as well providing treatments to customers they have been made to paint the walls and clean in order to save the owners money. I have heard many bad things about this business and would not recommend it to anyone, the only reason i continue to go myself is because I had to make a full payment by my 2nd treatment and will not get my money back.
