“Bad customer service”

I went to Ideal Image when I first heard of them. The sales person was very pushy and a no answer was not enough. I disided to proceed, but the cost for a small area was ridiculous. I called other places after I sign the contract and they were so much cheaper. I've had 6 treatments and my hair still growing just as bad as It has been.
