Bought the TV from new and registered with My Essentials to access Internet movies etc. Due to a problem with account setup we needed to de-register the TV. This is very hard to do and Sony UK were no help, basically accusing us of buying the TV second hand (we were told they were investigating us!). Never buy a TV from Sony where you need to register with them to access content (lovefilm, Netflix); I am not surprised the TV business of Sony has not made a profit for 7 years.
