“Terrible customer service”

I ordered some Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Aran rolls which never turned up and I kept chasing them with nobody returning my calls. This went on for over a week and a half with no delivery or call backs. Eventually I was told my colour was out of stock and it would be another week but I did manage to get a refund and I wont be using again. (read more)

For your own sanity, avoid Coolwoolz! Like many many others I had a terrible experience buying from this website. No communication, items out of stock (despite being in stock on the website), no reply to emails, no apology when the issue was FINALLY sorted out. Please take my advice - choose a reputable place with good online reviews, even if the yarn is a little bit more expensive! (read more)

It was reasonably busy when I was there brfoee lunch, but I was surprised there was no signage at all around the Charlton Park Rd entrance seemed like a missed opportunity.The owls were good. (read more)

Don't buy from this site, absolutely horrendous service. I bought a pair of knitting yarns from this website but after days of waiting called up to enquire to the customer service. They said that their was a shortage in the product when they clearly mentioned that it was in stock. I was assured that I would receive it in the next five days. “Appalling Service - badly let down at Christmas”

This company took my order and money online, but failed to notice or advise me that it did not have the item in stock. I had to chase repeadedly for status updates. After many weeks they finally admitted their error - when it was too late to order a replacement gift in time for Christmas. I got an apology email and full reimbursement - but my irritation is still intense as you can tell...... :( (read more)
