“Terrible customer service”

I ordered some Debbie Bliss Cashmerino Aran rolls which never turned up and I kept chasing them with nobody returning my calls. This went on for over a week and a half with no delivery or call backs. Eventually I was told my colour was out of stock and it would be another week but I did manage to get a refund and I wont be using again.
