For your own sanity, avoid Coolwoolz! Like many many others I had a terrible experience buying from this website. No communication, items out of stock (despite being in stock on the website), no reply to emails, no apology when the issue was FINALLY sorted out. Please take my advice - choose a reputable place with good online reviews, even if the yarn is a little bit more expensive!
