Wren kitchens promise a lot but deliver little. Their after sales service is appalling, promising remedies to their dreadful installation but then not following through with them. They hope that you give up - better to just not give them your money in the first place.

Five years on and still having issues with this farce of a company. WREN designed my kitchen with a ducted extractor which was fitted next to my boiler flue! Clear breach of building regulations but apparently its my fault for not reading their small print not there bodged design or lack of sign off. Only came to light due to a new boiler fitting and being faced with the choice of no new boiler or seal up the extractor duct. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Will be taking these clowns to court.

Many things did not work and you are told to be pay for additional workman to write a report to prove lights they installed don’t work. The nce payment was taken it was an error after error. Broken things arrived and I was told to contact their suppliers. I would recommend anyone but Wren

I ordered cabinets for my kitchen and dining room from Wren. For the dining room I ordered display cabinets to put my dinnerware sent in and other collectibles. When they came it was frosted glass no displayable area. Call them they said tough we do not do clear glass in that style salesman never said a word. Their installers never called so I had to get my own, would not consider it a capital improvement cause I might never install them. A draw broke after 2 months they said they can not do the repair cause they didn’t install it even though it was a defective draw. Plans had 1 cabinet installed in dining room instead of kitchen. I ordered white cabinets they came with a gray trim was told that how they come. Salesman never said a thing about that. Be cautious.

Wren Kitchens I would like to say a big thank you to your delivery guys for dropping my replacement oven and pretended like nothing has happened. My kitchen fitter saw it and when he confronted them, they totally denied it. Thank you for leaving me with a damaged oven. A lady I also need to say thank you to is at customer service. Your unwillingness to help customers when you are in the wrong is top notch. Thank you for trying your hardest to not give me a refund on the oven. When I reminded her they have breached the consumer act 2015, she immediately closed my case. My advice for people who are looking to buy a wren kitchen is please go ahead and do it if you willing to fight with them over your rights. No point of going into the store where you purchased your kitchen as all they say is “there is nothing I can do, you will need to contact customer service”. All round 10 out of 10 for their unwillingness to help their customers. All they want is your money.

AVOID and If you have to use WREN please read, as this will be the only way to protect yourself. ppl who have written positive reviews can only be due to the order happening spot on by luck or chance. has nothing to do with good customer service. I am a very specific customer and I try and make notes and records of everything and designed the kitchen & utility for 5 months. I did spot so many errors and corrected along the way but with a long house build happening I missed 1 and I have been tricked (in my view) of £242. I am even willing to share names of everyone involved but for now I won’t. If you have the option, kindly stay away from WREN, will save you a life of pain. I was told WREN have a min. of 5 units needed in an order and my utility was at 4, so the designer (who I was told by the Coventry manager to be the best in his team) said let’s move the wine rack from the kitchen order to the utility so both meet the requirements. I specifically asked if the wine rack is the same height as the kitchen wall units and I was told YES. When I got the order, it is much longer and makes my kitchen look really bad, so didn’t fit. E-mailed the designed and the manager with picture, NO RESPONSE. I have been since directed to head office who said “WREN do not do returns, you have signed the contract” I was also told apparently designers are expected to add all notes from conversations onto the WREN system and in my case apparently this specific chat about the heights matching is nowhere logged (surprise surprise). I have been told, we as the CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE to check all measurements. In the T&C’s it says “kitchen designers are not technical experts and cannot be responsible to make sure they are the same height”. To which I have asked, then why have them. Might as well, we design the kitchen ourselves. Other issues also included items being mentioned as “comes with that cupboard” and it didn’t. And again head office will say “it’s not on your order” and you have no proof or leg to stand on. COVENTRY STORE The manager is a only talk individual. Will never do anything or take any responsibility. Will not respond to your emails when escalated and will stand behind “head office will sort it”. Then head office will revert to the T&C’s”. he talks a talk but does nothing ever to help. Kindly if you ever go to WREN, please RECORD all your discussion with anyone. Mention “based on a review read or past info, you need to record this call so you have proof if things go wrong”. The only thing I never did. That will be the only proof you can hold if you get forced down a legal route. And you need to mention this statement and get consent to be able to use. WALK AWAY if you don’t get consent, and you know why that is. DO not believe anything said or spoken of, that CONTRACT is what they put in your face. The showroom staff will say things like “no don’t worry, it’s included” / “will add it later on” etc DO NOT BUDGE. Ensure the contact is updated and in your included items it’s WRITTEN. Even simple things like sink cabinet liners / cutlery units. All items I was told it comes with but never did. Do not use WREN quartz fitters, horrible workmanship. The only bit WREN fitted for me. Try and find your own local company. As a whole, please find another kitchen company and avoid WREN.

I called Wren Customer Services today with a kitchen drawer problem. I was dealt with by Courtenay who dealt with my issue in the most efficient and charming manner. I was dealt with by one person, Courtenay, who immediately understood my issue and organised a resolution while I was on the phone. I can only praise Wren and their staff member who turned my problem into a problem solved. Thank you very much.

All my kichen doors have blown and now the vinyl wrap on the kitchen island is peeling away. Dreadful, shoddy products. A kitchen should last far longer than this. It's really terrible and Wren don't want to know.

Bought a kitchen from wren and go there approved installers To fit it. It was a one this after another mark doors the replacements would come worse than the original as new work tops the original were chipped then water leaks from under the sink damaged thd unit had to be replaced. After that start to get a smell in my kitchen opened the floor up the void under was filled with the waste from the sink, washing machine and dishwasher plus we’re they damaged the pipe it was letting thd waste from upstairs toilet into the void it ws like a sewage works after numerous emails all wren say is that it was not there problem as the only cover the waste’sfrom the sinks even though they have to connect to the main pipe. PLEASE DONT USE WREN OR IF YOU DO ESPECIALLY THERE APPROVED FITTERS

Absolutely delighted with my new Wren kitchen. From the first showroom visit , through design and installation the whole experience was faultless. Communication at every stage was exceptional. The Wren approved fitter was outstanding and the completed kitchen is beautiful, functional and gets so many compliments. I would highly recommend Wren Kitchens.

WE PURCHASED A KITCHEN, I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM THEM 1 STAR IF IT WOULD ACCEPT MY REVIEW WITHOUT IT, THE CUBARDS DO NOT LINE UP, THE DRAWS ARE NOT STRAIGHT. THE ONLY RESPONCE I GET IS BECAUSE WE HAD A SUPPLY ONLY THEY CANT HELP, THEY ARE NOT PREPARD TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO EVEN LOOK AT THIS FOR US, WE HAVE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS THAT IT NEARLY ENDED UP AT THE TIP. WE ARE ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED WITH THERE WHOLE ATTITUTE TO US. WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

design stage more concerned with deposit getting paid than the correct kitchen, 8 further revisions to the contract with only 1 design change; a direct swap of a hob to a cheaper one yet for some bamboozling justification they only offered part refund. Fitted fine but Wren decided it was a good idea to sign the kitchen off on my behalf, more bamboozlement . Glad its over tbh.

I ordered the fitted bedroom from Wren Kitchen Dakehouse Retail Park in Sheffield. When we make the design at the Wren showroom, we’ve told the designer the units need to have panels to fill up all gaps left and right to the wells, also panel to the ceiling. The designer added extra panels material for those gaps/space with extra costs, also we confirmed to designer we’d like to use Wren fitter to complete whole job, so we paid everything in full at the showroom. When Wren fitter arrived for the installation, they said we need to pay extra labour costs £250 per day to install the top panels, I told fitter we’ve paid everything to the showroom and confirm with designer, but he said he can’t do it without pay. I’ve tried contact Wren Support, they said it maybe the designer’s fall, but I need to pay to the fitter to complete the job, otherwise they can’t help. That is a BAD JOKE! I’m not bothered with the costs pay to fitter, but the Wren designer should make that clear to both the customer and fitter, Wren Support is not helpful after a few calls, The customer need to pay for the delay or any extra costs by themselves. I feel Wren kitchen Darkehouse Retail doesn’t care their customer at all, really bad customer service. Avoid this branch. In addition, if your bedroom walls are not 100% flat, don’t buy Wren fitted bedroom, because of they won’t use any filler to fill the small gap between panels and walls, you need to do it by yourself or pay extra for those touch up. I’ve used other local fitted bedroom companies before, much better than Wren Kitchen. I never heard any fitted bedroom company to ask customer to pay extra cash to their installer in the mid of the job, even the final qoutes and invoice are signed and paid in full.

Everything went perfectly from the delivery to the installation and it was done way quicker than we thought it would be. I love how the cupboard doors and drawers close slowly to stop them from slamming shut. The countertops are good looking and easy to clean. It's good value for the money and I would definitely recommend this to other people looking for kitchen renovations!

First the showroom in King's Lynn have some fantastic staff, they are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Plus free tea and biscuits is a bonus! The customer service centre is great too, there were (understandably) a few small issues which they fixed straight away without any fuss. A pleasure to deal with....

We ordered a kitchen from Wren and we are very pleased with it. It looks great and it's good quality. The showroom experience was great, we were given lots of time to give at our own pace and the 3D panoramic views were very helpful. The way Wren works in terms of pricing and offers changing every 2 weeks is really weird, as if you go to see the kitchen one day before the 2-weekly sales cycle, if you come the next day - the price has changed. But once we got over that, the rest was very good. Kitchen was planned and delivered according to our needs and the end result is great! The app to track the order and replace any imperfect parts has been very easy to use and replacements arrived within a week!
