Written on: 25/04/2017 by Leodog (1 review written)

Work started on my kitchen on 4th July 2016. The allocated fitter stripped out my old kitchen within a day. He arrived promptly next morning and started to unpack the units from Wren. He soon explained that many of the units were the wrong size, some the wrong colour and many of the remainder badly broken. After several delays many more units arrived intermittently with many of them badly damaged. The whole process of fitting the kitchen, a few units at a time, took eleven weeks. It took six or… Read Full Review

“Complete and Utter Joke. And not a funny joke.”

Written on: 24/04/2017 by jonpm (1 review written)

If you have a choice of a wren kitchen or no kitchen then take no kitchen. The biggest shambles I have ever experienced. You honestly couldn't make it up. To truly understand the Wren experience unfortunately you'd have to buy one of their kitchens. I bought my kitchen from the Milton Keynes store. For one, when kitchen was delivered incomplete and then the remaining items were due within 5 days. The amount of wrong deliveries I have subsequently had is astonishing. The kitchen was ordered… Read Full Review

“Only interested in your money - Save it -”

Written on: 24/04/2017 by 80MacLean (1 review written)

Terrible experience, waiting 1 year and 5 months to get my Kitchen sorted, promises you to get things done - then they don't turn up!! worst company to deal with. They DO NOT communicate with you at all only interested in your money nothing else. You would be as well setting light to your money as the quality of the Kitchen and workmanship is very poor.  Whatever you do don't get them to fit your electrics or gas appliances as you take your life in your own hands as not fitted to safe… Read Full Review

“PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY”

Written on: 20/04/2017 by SIMONLUCKING (1 review written)

we are 5 weeks down the line and its been a disaster. the stress and arguments we have experienced at home have been almost unbearable. we chose wren as we were impressed with the young man in the store, that's where the good bit ends, the fitting company sent someone who had never done a fitting survey before, the rip out was a joke, quoted ovet £ 900 for electrics that have cost £ 300, the replastering looks like it has been finished with a knife and fork and when I complained a director… Read Full Review

“WREN NIGHTMARE ”

Written on: 17/04/2017 by Lainy44 (1 review written)

After one year our 'dream' £23,000 kitchen is still not finished. It has been a complete stressful nightmare from start to finish. We are not seasoned complainers and this is the first time that we have experienced such poor service and workmanship -EVER. The show rooms and designers present a good persona and lull potential customers into a false sense of security with their efficiency, this is where it ends for Wren, do not be fooled! There is so much wrong with this kitchen I've bullet… Read Full Review

Written on: 15/04/2017 by amackay (1 review written)

Dark grey gloss units kitchen bough last summer. When my kitchen arrived there were several units with chips and my breakfast bar had to be totally replaced. The kitchen came with a dark grey paint pen to touch up any marks. ALARM BELLS were ringing. Anyway they replaced everything that needed replaced quite easily. BUT now 9 months down the line i have several chips throughout my kitchen, the hinges and doors seem of good quality but the finish is VERY POOR. I also bought a double… Read Full Review

“Snapped hanging brackets.”

Written on: 14/04/2017 by JaronBain (1 review written)

BEWARE. After 4 years of having my wren kitchen the hanging brackets snapped at the back of my wall unit. Had it been a minute before it would have seriously injured or killed my little girl. There is extensive damage to my kitchen. Extractor fan was ripped out of wall, unit smashed to pieces, roster smashed, work tops damaged, floor scratched, electric sockets bashed on wall and pots and pans squashed. Wish I could add photos so people could see how bad this is. Wrens customer service is… Read Full Review

“Buyer beware”

Written on: 14/04/2017 by DeanMistlin (1 review written)

The most negative customer experience I have ever encountered, with issues at every step of the process. The amount of disruption to my life that using Wren Kitchens has caused, and having to micro manage all involved parties throughout. I am so surprised that this company can continue to operate as they do. Buyers beware. Check your orders for items that are not needed, especially if you make revisions to your initial design. Specify that you need to have you kitchen installed on a set date… Read Full Review

loveLly gloss kitchen bught and initially great service in the Ashton branch of Wren, until I handed my money over that is. explained I needed the kitchen in time for my daughters 18th birthday party. Told 2 weeks would be plenty of time. My fitter spotted a mistake on the order, checked this with the designer and told it was ok, the items were included. Kitchen arrives with the wrong infils (18mm rather than 22, told I had to contact the store to arrange same to be sent, then told I would… Read Full Review

“Pleasant reliable experience from start to finish”

Written on: 10/04/2017 by mway (2 reviews written)

From the moment we entered the Lincoln branch of Wren Kitchens all the members of staff were friendly and very helpful in explaining the different items available .The kitchen designer was pleasant down to earth and very attentive and knowledgeable. The Price of the kitchen and equipment were in my opinion realistic . The delivery arrived on the date and at the time that I was informed it would be ,the delivery team were smart efficient and very polite. The customer service team were very… Read Full Review

“Reasonable chance you'll get sturdy but tatty kitchen”

Written on: 06/04/2017 by terchilds (2 reviews written)

I can’t in good consciousness recommend Wren. Ready assembled cabinets are not worth paying for if self-fitting, due to Wren's assembly defects/mistakes and fact that ~60% of effort lies in fitting the extras (attaching metal brackets, legs, handles etc.). Flatpack cabinets from DIY superstore are cheaper, have no assembly mistakes and can be easily substituted the same day if there’s a problem. “Wow Wren Kitchens finished my Kitchen in under two years”

Written on: 06/04/2017 by RayEvans77 (1 review written)

Well actually 1 year 8 months I purchased my Kitchen 22nd August 2015 from Wren, we thought the designer was listening to us and had ordered the kitchen that we wanted( exactly the same as the one in their showroom). The next we heard from them was that they wanted full payment in October, but I had not had a Survey carried out in my home and it turns out that an installation team had not been allocated and that I would now have to wait until January 2016. In December we were asked on a Friday… Read Full Review

“Avoid at all costs”

Written on: 04/04/2017 by Owenc124 (1 review written)

Superficially attractive with serious failings. Too many failings to list about this company when bought Bathroom ,Shower room and Kitchen from Wren living. Bathroom and Shower room were mis measured and the wrong sinks ; shower tray ; shower screen ; toilet ; unit tops supplied. Compensated to a degree for bathroom and shower room major failings eventually via the Ombudsman. However the final straw has been numerous leaks under our kitchen sink with incompetent fitting of tap connections and… Read Full Review

Written on: 03/04/2017 by Rags1234 (1 review written)

We paid quite a lot of money for our kitchen, when it arrived the joiner highlighted most of the doors were damaged including the drawers, they have a ripple effect on them, We contacted wrens to be advised to send photo's in, as this didn't show on the photo clearly we went back to the shop where we purchased the kitchen in Ashton, we took a door with us, she was fantastic, she took photo's and sent an e-mail to the customer service dept confirming this was indeed a manufacturing fault, we… Read Full Review
