“Very let down”

“Excellent Design,Quality and Service”

We had a large new build kitchen and did a lot of research and shopping around before finally settling on Wrens at Deepdale, Preston. We had prior warning not to use them, but this proved to be completely unfounded. Great experience from start to finish. Designer listened to our needs and took on board exactly what we wanted. DO NOT BUY A KITCHEN FROM WREN. Where to start. My first experience of wren wasn't great my wife and I saw a kitchen in wren that we really liked so we sat down with one of their team to go through everything. To be honest I felt rushed as he went through it so fast and then ask us to put down a deposit at the end we decided to go home and think about it. “Buyers beware”

ABSOLUTE SHOWER WITH ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHEN WE VISITED THE SHOWROOM THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND ALTHOUGH THEY REALLY HIGH BALL YOUR FIRST QUOTE AFTER GIVING A FALSE LOW ESTIMATE THEY DID COME DOWN EVENTUALLY AFTER SOME VERY DATED PRETENDING TO CALL THE MANAGER AND A DEAL FOR TODAY ONLY. “We had a gas leak”

Wren take the money for installation and find you an installer, but read the terms and conditions carefully and they don't take responsibility for installation. Our installer seemd to do all the extras like gas and electrical work for cash with no warranties or certificates (contrary to what it says in Wren's terms and conditions). Unfortunately the hob had a a slow gas leak and had to be disconnected a few months later when we smelt gas in the cupboards. We were lucky the whole house didn't… Read Full Review

“Extremely delayed return of deposit”

We placed an order with Wren and although happy with design we went through the process to discover that the installation was to be overly expensive plus a long delay in getting the start date for installation. We therefore cancelled and have been waiting over 2 weeks for our deposit back as it was sent to the wrong address. Now we have been told it will be at least another 10 days to wait. “If there is a problem you will regret ever buying from...”

There were a few issues with the design which resulted in not enough splashbacks being ordered. This was mainly resolved although there was a considerable delay in them being able to supply the additional splashbacks (weeks). Once the kitchen was fitted, chips started to appear on the gloss doors. These happened almost daily and without us being aware of any collision with them. Be warned!! Wren adviser gave my email address to advertisers after I decided not to purchase the kitchen designed by them and I am now receiving 50 plus junk emails a day. I did say to the wren adviser when designing the kitchen to not give out my email to any companys and he assured me they didn't do that! I will be following this up with them!!… Read Full Review

“Continuing to disappoint”

Kitchen Designer did not adjust design on receipt of fitters measurements meaning final kitchen was not what we ordered in the first place, fridge freezer was faulty leaving me without a fridge in my house for the best part of a month (not wrens fault the fridge was broken but took far too long to resolve). 30 plus faults on initial fitting the majority being poor finish on items made. Deliverd 3 weeks late Delivery date changed 4 times Turned up without worktops , taps and various bits They even managed to deliver doors before the kitchen was delivered and the once we unpacked finding plenty of damage and reporting that , the same evening another set of doors turned via a courier. ???? “Still Waiting”

Great in store design and sales experience, delivery was on time. there were a couple of small issues with minor damage to doors but these were quickly resolved by the fitter and replacement doors arranged and these arrived in a timely manor. however 1 end panel was the incorrect size and so needs to be cut down to fit. We have a cream high gloss finish and so on cutting it has chipped. This was a temporary solution until a bespoke panel was made. I am still waiting since August for this to… Read Full Review

We popped into Wren Kitchens in Ravenside Park, Erdington in Sept 2016, just for a look. Our kitchen was starting to look a bit tired and we needed a new cooker but we weren't really plan on buying a complete new kitchen. We were approached by one of their 'designers' who immediately stated he was not a sales person but this is exactly what he was! “Wren kitchens avoid at all costs”

Went to the Huddersfield showroom and the design was lovely, paid the deposit and waited for the delivery. Delivered on time all parts present and correct, as far as we could tell. From here it went downhill rapidly. Fitting started on Thursday 3rd November, old sink removed and plumbing started ready for new sink to be fitted Monday 7th. First problem worktop for sink wrong shape and size for space. Worktop with hob could not be fitted because of sink problems. Fitter reordered new worktop… Read Full Review

Iconfirmed the kitchen was finished on 19th December, so investigations can begin into my complaints. I have heard nothing except an acknowledgement email saying they will respond quickly. Yet more lies.

I ordered a kitchen in April. It was delivered in the summer and the fitters arrived to fit it. Most of the order was missing. Most of what was there was sub standard and had to be returned. I thought that the fitter had ordered replacements (because he said he had) but when I heard nothing after a few days I called Wren.They said that they were not aware of any order. “Worst customer experience I've ever experienced”

This has to be the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After a total of EIGHT additional deliveries to correct missing or damaged parts I am still waiting for the main work top to finish my kitchen. Having spent two weeks and roughly 33 phone calls to their incompetent Customer Care team I am still without the worktop. Unless you want stress go elsewhere for your kitchen. They took over a year to complete. Their fitters made many mistakes. Units were delivered damaged and wrens took forever to send replacements. They left us months without any cooking facilities and a sink. Once they have your money they don't care about the customer. My kitchen was delivered on 29th Nov with no doors for any of my units, once I phoned 3 times waiting over 40 minutes each time I got told doors won't b delivered to 9th Dec so I am sitting with a half built kitchen for 10 days! My joiner is fully booked till Xmas so is having to fit me in at night which means he is charging more!
