“Bad Customer Service”

Kitchen fitted well, however Wren's tiler after 3 attempts has left us with an unacceptable job. Wren's Customer Service is appalling still nothing after weeks of emails, visits to store, sending photos and phone calls, not even an apology. “Appalling after sales care”

Starting with the positives, the kitchen is of good quality and the items I actually received were undamaged and able to be fitted. The problem is that 10 items were missing, over 10% of the order. After numerous phone calls, at least 30 minutes in duration each, items were delivered on 2 further occasions. I am disappointed to have to give this company one star. Terrible does not begin to describe the appalling service we have received. The original delivery, now many months ago, contained only part of the order required to complete the kitchen. Unfortunately the parts that were delivered were mostly damaged or substandard. I wouldn't use this company if they were the last kitchen company on earth! They are so incompetent from the designer to the manager of the Huddersfield store, apparently they don't have a complaint department says the stand in manager (we don't get complaints) he needs advising what departments actually exist in the company he works for. I can't believe this company is still operating. I have had an ongoing issue with them and the customer service department for nearly two years. I have eventually employed a solicitor which has so far cost me £2000 but still the issues have not been resolved. So let me start by saying I don't have the energy to list every single time I have tried unsuccessfully to manage the mess that is the Wren delivery and collection service. Avoid at all costs. The kitchens themselves may be good but dealing with Wren customer service is a nightmare and the staff at Staples Corner don't call back or follow through. “Bad experience ”

I encountered the following problems with Wren kitchen. 1) orders not complete-item missing -took long time to deliver it. 2) end panel was discountinued-but still they included it and sold it to me.It cause too much delayed when they offered alternative panel 3) all the doors with sticky label- not easy to removed- 4) designer came to my house to measure my kitchen but the measurements are wrong, caused a major problem,my kitchen units needs to be re-sized due to this mistake… Read Full Review

“Shockingly Bad Service”

From start up until now Wren have been a shambles. Wrong items sent. Constantly chasing to get things resolved. No one ever seems to pick up the phone but then I suppose the whole customer service team is busy getting shouted at..... Went to wren to receive a great experience but instead had to hold their hand all the way through the process as they seem to be incompetent in every possible way. “Avoid at all costs!”

We've had a lucky escape from Wren. On visiting last Saturday with the intention of putting down a deposit the salesman suddenly became aggressive and incredibly rude. We were told that if we didn't put the deposit down today that we would not be allowed to return to Wren and would never be allowed to buy a Wren kitchen. WE'RE SO Pleased that this happened before we were foolish enough to buy from them given all the other horrific reviews. I've never experienced such disgusting and rude service… Read Full Review

“Post sales care unbelievably incompetent”

We were left with no worktop after the wrong one turned up, water or gas in the kitchen for over a week with a 7 week old baby in the house. Our main living area was turned upside down twice to replace this. Phone calls were passed from pillar to post with managers leaving, no communciation between departments. We had a cupboard missing in our utility room for more than 4 weeks. “Not what I ordered”

My Wren Kitchen was delivered this morning, disappointingly it is different to what I ordered. Apparently there were alterations made to the design after the surveyor visited, they just neglected to inform, explain or show me the revised layout. Really frustrating as my lovely, symmetrical, aesthetically pleasing kitchen is now a hash, using 7 different size cabinets making it look totall odd and mismatched. “Total lack of ethics and customer service”

Damaged wooden worktop, provided by a third party supplier so both Wren and the supplier refused to take responsibility for it. So after Wren completely ignored my complaints I took it to the furniture ombudsman and they ordered a £250 refund. £250, for a £3000 piece, which is the main feature. Can not explain how terrible the customer service was with dealing with this matter. I was without a kitchen for 3 months while they did nothing about the worktop. DO NOT USE THEM… Read Full Review

Shop elsewhere. Terrible. We had loads of missing and damaged items. When we got the damaged items replaced they were damaged too. We were hundreds of pounds out of pocket extra because of this and extremely inconvenienced as we have 2 kids and an uncompleted kitchen. avoid wren kitchens, took 12 weeks to complete instead of a week - wrong microwave sent 3 times, had to wait 8 weeks for a unit to be removed from my cellar, fitters seemed to only work a couple of hours a day. I made a least 9 calls to wren and told someone would phone me back which never happened. wren only started listening when I got the furniture ombudsman involved, had a very poor experience, unprofessional company and very poor customer service. “Fabulous Kitchen !!”

Great experience from start to finish in the Hull store. Kitchen designer was really good, we designed the kitchen together. The kitchen arrived on the date expected, had a couple of items missing which after contacting Wren were with us the next day. Used a local kitchen fitter though as Wrens quote was expensive. “Worse Kitchen Company ever”

Our kitchen took over a year to fit . The problems were their fitters who made so many mistakes, never turned up for days until Wrens dismissed them. We had units delivered damaged or wrong items delivered. They left us over 4 months without any cooking facilities or a sink. Wrens Customer Service is useless. They never returned any calls. Guildford Branch We ordered our kitchen months ago. Paid 35K, so do not think paying a lot gets any special treatment. Sadly people are not over reacting as i thought when reading reviews, it is all true. Delivery set for 18/11.
