Wren are very good on selling and pre-sales, and making you pay and sign all the paperwork before they even make your kitchen. Once delivered the paint quality was terrible, with many areas of chipping despite our best handling, and the sharp edges on the insides of handle-less panels is a joke (and certainly not what we saw in the showroom). Several items were missing or not even ordered (plastic trim under plinths), and there was not enough plinth. The worktop supplier Rotherham is a joke. They have made 3 attempts to fit the 3 worktop pieces until we realised one was made the wrong size and shape (a parallelogram instead of a rectangle). It is now 2 months since delivery and the worktop is still not finished. With both companies there is no paperwork to sign to accept delivery, quality or workmanship, which are all very poor. Wren staff (designers and customer support) do not even know there own products well enough and I had to keep a very close eye on the entire design process.
