Endless Problems, Court action being taken

Well, I am not sure where to start!

At first I thought it was a one off all the issues I have had however I came across a Facebook Page "Wren Kitchen Disasters" and was shocked at what I had read and if I had come across that page prior to Ordering my kitchen I would not have proceeded!

Wren breaks all the rules from Bribery, not standing by their Warranty they offer customers, they break all the HSE regulations but apart from this, the quality of their Kitchens are awful! I had 10/18 doors replaced, incorrect Carcasses delivered, A Worktop arrived 4 weeks after kitchen was delivered and that appeared to be completely different to what I had ordered so sent it back and now 8 Weeks later I am still without a Worktop and being Ignored by Wren's Head Office.

On another note, Wren Operatives are rude, arrived at my property under the influence of Drink and Drugs, is on CCTV drinking alcohol on my property, smoking in my property...the list goes on.

I Urge anyone willing to order a kitchen from Wren to do extensive research on this company! I am currently seeking Court Action to get the money back!
