The magic cupboard basket collapsed so we complained. They ordered us a replacement but then expected us to go to Cardiff to collect it ourselves. We had to fit it ourselves as no offer was made to fit it for us despite the goods being faulty. One of the doors blistered so we took it back to the showroom. They said they would order us a replacement to date that has not arrived and this was months ago. I ordered a cutlery drawer tray and they posted the wrong size back to me despite having the measurements. Will not be buying a kitchen from them again.
