I have wasted a morning speaking to these people! Can't be bothered is the general attitude from anyone I spoke to on the phone, rude & obnoxious staff who do not know their product or able to answer simple questions. Cannot send you samples without charging £15 each and samples take 2 weeks to get to you. Shame as such a vast range of finishes If they cannot fill me with confidence at the specification stage, I'll go else where thanks and judging from other reviews I might have saved myself further problems and a lot of money!!!
