ordered the kitchen in January for an install in May,decided to hand everything over to Wren DON,T.Somebody in head office was to organise the worktop manufacturers to be on site while the kitchen was being fitted,DID NOT HAPPEN i phoned they came a week later and then another week later came to install the worktops,one did not fit around the sink,when i complained to the worktop manufacturers i was informed it was my fault because i,d signed the paperwork to accept to say the measuring was correct,complained to Wren and they had a new one manufactured,2 weeks later worktop turns up it,s a different shade,complained to Wren,after hearing nothing phoned up manufacturer myself they had not been made aware by Wren and i still don,t know when or what will happen.Also still outstanding some items of that were marked or damaged for replacement.It,s now 28th of June still don,t know when my kitchen will be finnished

Hi,
Our specialist worktop providers around templating following the base units being installed which is a standard process, I am sorry to hear that some errors has occurred with this.
If you could kindly supply some order details to me at your earliest convenience I will then be able to look into this matter fully.

Hi Emma, my order number from Wren is 23352846, Today the 29th we have had to phone back to Rothwells again because they keep promising to phone back but never do. They have now informed us that they are going to replace all the work tops and start again with a vague date of probably within the week,I've already taken time off work when the first rectified worktop was replaced now it looks like I'll have to take some more time off,also because the work tops are fitted I asked if any damage was done taking the old one out what would happen,they said their not decorators
