Wren Kitchen Great experiance

we were looking for a great kitchen for a new extension we looked at all the alternatives and finally we decided on Wren and I am happy we did. We went for the handless Linda Barker in Gloss white.

The design consultant was very patient with my Wife and we managed to break the record for the number of re designs and changes. We went for supply only as I was planning to fit most of the kitchen myself.

The order was for over 25 cupboard' as the kitchen was a island and long wall we ordered half the appliances with Wren as theses were cheaper than I could find on the internet.

After the order was signed we had a pre Christmas delivery, we received 2 update calls from the helpdesk and a test stating that one draw front would not be delivered which for ma was not a problem and nice to be informed before the delivery. The delivery was great no problems they turned up on time and all the parts where present with the cupboards well packaged. Only the one item draw front was missing from the initial delivery and I had been notified already when it would turn up.

I had a few issue when installing with wrong size inbuilt appliance doors and a slightly dented finish on one, called the helpdesk and they were very good I followed the process and took photos sent them off and replacements where sent no problem. the kitchen is finished now and I am very pleased with it.

A Kitchen is a complicated item to get right to deliver all the parts 40+ boxes that's why you will see some many negative reviews but in my experience Wren did everything efficiently and when there were a few items that needed to be changed the helpdesk made all the difference to the experience.
