We experienced shocking service pre-installation, and nearly cancelled our order several times (problem was they couldn't even find our order!). We sat it out, thinking that things could only get better.

In March we had our kitchen installed. Delivery was good, installation of the worktops was spot on. However, upon completion we found more issues - rippled drawer and cupboard fronts, all cupboards wonky and out of alignment, little chips on the doors and so on. With a '20-year guarantee' it's the sort of thing that is easily sorted, just get on the phone and one call does it all....but not with Wren! After much 'banging head off brick wall' experience we eventually managed to get someone from the Darlington branch to come and have a look (about a month or two later). He made a note of all the faults and said he would look into them.....he's taking his time - that was back in April! We have not heard another squeak since. I have not chased it up because it depresses me whenever i hear the name 'Wren'.

Perhaps it is just the Darlington branch that are so shocking? I have had conversations with at least 5 friends who have had Wren kitchens fitted, all from Darlington. All say they would never recommend, and would never go there again. If only we had known 9 months ago!

We are sorry to read of your account and that this has been poorly managed.

There is a 20 year warranty of the frontals and we apologise that issues have been within the quality. This should have been swiftly rectified for you and we can only apologise for the conduct of one of our staff members.

We would ask that you make a call into Wren Kitchens and liaise with our head office regarding this. Alternatively, please provide your order number so we can check who is responsible and get this rectified.

I have contacted Wren Head Office who put me in touch with the Darlington Branch. I was contacted back to say that Wren would arrange a visit by their Store manager to come out and see the kitchen.
I'm still waiting to hear back when this is going to be.... I was contacted at the end of November..... this is what makes it very frustrating - trying to get anything out of Wren is a nightmare.

I don't call this good Customer Service.
