WHAT AN APPALING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
THE WREN LIVING SHOP PERSONNEL WERE GREAT AND THE STORE MANAGER MOVED HEAVEN AND EARTH TO HELP AND ASSIST.
NOW THEN.....HEAD OFFICE
CUSTOMER SERVICE APPALLING
CUSTOMER COMPLAITS ONLY SLIGHLTY BETTER
THEY DON'T LISTEN TO FEEDBACK - THEY WON'T TALK TO YOU IN THE DIRECTORS OFFICE HOWEVER THE MD WOULD LIKE CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK BUT YOU HAVE TO DO IT IN WRITING. FACELESS PEOPLE WHO ARE RUNNING SCARED FROM THE OBVIOUS TRUTH THAT WREN LIVING ARE A LIVING NIGHTMARE.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU

you must have been very very unlucky or a really fussy person. i have just had a kitchen from them and i have not had any problems at all.. everything was excellent from design to delivery and exceptionally good value for money a very satisfied customer.....
