Purchased the high gloss white. Could not make adaptions to fit as the units were already made up. Trims supplied were wrong size leaving us to order larger from another supplier. We are serial movers and have fitted 7 kitchens in the past 15 years and will not use Wren again. Doors had damaged edges. Oven housing top cupboard opens upwards and unless you are nearly 6ft tall you cannot close it. Saving hard now to replace after only a year!

We are sorry that you feel this way about our kitchens and if you need some support please supply an order number.

All our kitchen are sold and advertised as fully assembled units opposed to flat pack furniture and are all produced in the UK at our factories. We do this to ensure that the installation is easier for our customers.

We are sorry for some damaged doors which can happen in transit unfortunately and we are sure these were replaced without fuss.

We do ask all customers to check their paperwork thoroughly to ensure they are happen that the kitchen works for them and all measurements (including heights) are provided on the paperwork supplied when purchasing a Wren kitchen.
