Shiny new kitchen

Initially we ordered our kitchen and everything was going well, until our designer left just after we agreed our design.

When we were given a new designer, we realised that our 1st designer hadn't done as much thorough measurements or offered us the advise and service that we required. Our new designer came out and took new measurements, gave us good advice and helped us in our selections and many changes!

Some of the items came damaged, but we were expecting this after getting feedback from others on the kitchen we had chosen. Right enough as predicted, there were damaged items on the same areas as was experienced by others. However, Wren were fantastic and changed them all without fuss. We didn't have Wren install our kitchen so the installation took more time than it would have with Wren, but even with the delay in advising them of damaged parts, there was no hassle in changing them.

The quality of the kitchen is excellent and everything functions as it should and the end result looks exactly like it does on the plans! The service of the 2nd designer and store manager has been excellent too and this is why I would recommend Wren to others. I know friends who had their kitchen from local well established kitchen designers and they have had terrible service, with products no better than Wren.

Overall, great service, great product, but required some improvements early on to be 5 out of 5!
