the fitter was abysmal leaving us with an unfinished kitchen while he went to Spain for 2 weeks, the project manager as useful as a chocolate teapot and couldn't find anyone to complete the work . Here we are 28th AUGUST still waiting for re ordered items and refunds to be sorted, customer service ? ............none that I can see. Every phone call promised just doesn't happen. By all means buy a Wren kitchen but get an independent fitter or be prepared for months of hassle. I thought fitters were Wren fitters but seems to have been sub contractors . Barclays pay Wrens once you have accepted the kitchen into your home so we cant even withhold some of the money, what should have been a nice purchase is just another nightmare.
