Purchased 2 kitchens, one for ourselves, one for our daughter. We used the Beckton branch. The salesman was excellent, attentive and advisory, never 'pushing' his suggestions onto us but pointing out what would not work. My dropping of a star is not to do with the salesman but to do with general enquiries that do not need the salesman to deal with. When asking a general enquiry the person on the end of the phone appears to be irritated rather than trying to help. This aspect of your customer services needs to be dealt with!!

I only wish I had the same service it's been 10 weeks now and my kitchen is not finished! And the workmanship was shoddy.
