Ordered a kitchen from wickes March 2015 thinking we would be gaureented high customer care and service. Unfortunately, it couldn't have been further from the truth. We was promised somebody from Wickes team would double check plans and come to our property a few weeks before the kitchen was fitted. This never happened. So kitchen was fitted. The fitters Wickes used couldn't have been better. However, we had to wait two days extra for work surfaces to be delivered. Putting the whole kitchen fit behind. Then the ceramic sink we ordered was damaged. So was fitted anyway on a 'short' term basis. A new sink was ordered. Three times Wickes delivered the wrong size sink! A sink too small on three separate occasions. The four time failed to deliver a sink at all. By this point we have lost all hope that they just might eventually delivery the correct sink! Now August 2015 and still awaiting for a new correct sink to be delivered or the existing sink to be repaired. Unfortunately no amount of phone calls, complaining and even speaking to the ''manger'' as got this problem resolved! We Would not recommend Wickes to anybody. They do not value their customers at all. Very disappointed. One customer that has truly lost all hope! My advice DO NOT buy a kitchen from Wickes!!
