Just over 6 years ago we purchased a kitchen from Wickes, a few months back we noticed that the laminate on two of the doors had blown. I wrote to the Customer Service team who must have rung me as soon as the letter arrived on their desk, they said there was a known fault on that set of doors but there was a new supplier and they would arrange to get a fitter to call and replace ALL of our doors and draw fronts. The Customer Service team rang me several times to check on whether the fitter had contacted me and whether I was happy with the work, etc. in an age when customer service seems to have gone out the window, I can't praise their care and attitude enough. Well done!
