Wickes=Absolutely disgraceful bunch of conmen

Well what can I say about these bunch of inept , stupid patronising idiots. Well I'll start with the fitting . The guy we had was THE worst fitter I have ever seen in my entire life , he was that bad it was embarrassing . I've been in the building trade 30 years and found his laughable lies/excuses very irritating. My partner pleaded with me to have wickes fit the kitchen to get a 'professional ' job , and what a mistake it turned out to be. I have worked with kitchen fitters in the past so I know a good one when I see one , where do they get these idiots from , do they not do their research to see if they're actually any good? I had to end up finishing the kitchen myself! Now the quality of the kitchen : the oak doors started splitting which they tried to blame on us saying it was moisture , which is what some 17 year old girl was saying to me , mean come on I've got shoes older than her what does she know?
Then the oak work tops started to split and the replacement doors they sent were also split .

Now the customer service . They were a special breed of idiot , totally patronising and unhelpful . In short they were trying to not admit responsibility and then gave us half of the cost of the kitchen back (£3200) when I said I was going to remove the kitchen and dump it in their store ! So they were admitting responsibility .all I can say is it was a total nightmare and I ended up finishing myself otherwise I wouldn't have been responsible for my actions . I beg anybody who reads this to do NOT have wickes to fit a door handle for you never mind a kitchen and if you do you've only got yourself to blame .
