“Sales people have no product knowledge”

Took delivery of Wickes kitchen units. When putting together the units ie kitchen integral units there was no space behind to plug in/water outlet for dishwasher and washing machine.

If we had known about this then we would have ordered the extra wide worktops somewhere else. On speaking to the sales people at Wickes they did not seem to have any product knowledge and did not receive any customer service at all.
