Had a kitchen fitted recently and am happy with the end result, looks great and the fitter did a good job.

My issues are with the poor Customer Service received from the outset. The designer planned a kitchen that didn't actually fit in our kitchen (fitter said worst design mistakes he had seen). The 'project manager/co-ordinator' had no idea about customer care and blamed everyone else for any delays or problems and was surprised by my request to send a different designer for the re-design. The tone in some of emails and phone manner was at times rude and abrupt.

At this point we only stuck with them because the re-design was actually better than the original and they were a one stop shop for everything, including removal of the old kitchen.

It took nine working days for the skip to be collected, was told would be within three, collection wasn't arranged until a week after they were told it was ready. A part of the hob was reported missing during fitting, it took over 6 weeks to receive it. Our boiler overflow pipe wasn't long enough and we were told two days before fitting completion it was down to us to sort it out (via the fitter from the 'project manager' - why not picked up at design stage and if it fitted before then surely up to them to get it to fit again? Luckily we had a decent fitter who helped us to sort this out.

Any after care or follow up to check everything was ok on completion was non-existent, the only communication we had was an email asking when we would be making our first payment, which for me sums Mark Two up.

All these points were raised with the Regional Manager who asked me to put this all in an email as "We really need to work on Customer Service", with noises about getting us some vouchers to compensate for all the inconveniences - which have proved to be just noise and lip service unsurprisingly. Three emails asking how I can leave a review on their website have been totally ignored - wonder why?!
