I had a Sigma 3 kitchen fitted towards the end of last year. The designer basically digitised and sized up the design I supplied and they were mostly pleasant in the showroom. BUT the fitters made it clear that working for me was beneath them, didn't even introduce themselves when they arrived to work in my house. I was hoping for a stress free service, not what I got.
Laminate was cut with chips taken out. Doors were scratched and very badly lined up..corrected after complaints. BUT incredibly I now have a kitchen where the doors extend beyond the work top, bad news with handleless doors. Filled in their questionnaire detailing my doubts about their fitters. No response. I wasted a lot of money using Sigma 3. It shouldn't be down to luck at that cost should it?

As a postscript to my complaint above, today I had a visit from a Sigma designer. Was very keen to rectify the problems with my kitchen and readily acknowledged that there were faults. Action has been promised in a couple of weeks or so.
This has gone a long way to undo the iffy work and attitudes of the fitters they hired to do my work.
