Please , please don't waste your money, wish we had never had our kitchen from premier, it is so hard to deal with a company who has no customers service at all , if you have a problem , you will spend most of the time trying to get some sense from people at the head office that just don't give a dam . you may at some point get the odd e - mail . 3 months to fit a our kitchen that really should not have taken more than three weeks, complain and its your fault,this company has missed out , as we had friends waiting to see our kitchen before placing orders .

As per the literature that you will have received from us, our Customer Care Department is the point of call for any queries. All emails sent to this address are also monitored by a Company Director and therefore we cannot understand why you would not have been contacted regarding your order. Ignore these reviews at your peril this company is guaranteed to disappoint.

I too had friends and family waiting to see a finished kitchen

Low and behold everyone including me are still waiting 2 months down the line
