Having decided it was time our old kitchen was replaced we looked around at the many options. Friends recommended Optiplan (who we had discounted because we thought they would be too expensive).

The Basingstoke showroom was very well set out to show their range, and Matt Shaw was very helpful in assisting us to refine our requirements. His design, and the ability to see pictures of the finished result as opposed to just a plan really helped. The lack of the hard sell which we had previously experienced was very welcome. They let the product do the selling!

The icing on the cake was that the price was affordable.

The quality of the product and the service we received at every step of the way was first class. Even when we had to change the installation schedule due to illness there was no hassle.

The surveyor, the fitter and the girls in the factory were all very friendly and efficient.

All in all a very good experience and an excellent kitchen
