We felt compelled to write this review..

We live in a cottage in Anglesey and our kitchen has low beams and lots of nooks and crannies. The kitchen was in dire need of replacing. We’d inherited it with the house purchase and it wasn’t really up to the standard we wanted, but just thought we’d be able to easily do it up with the help of a kitchen company. We’d had a few people out to look at our kitchen over the space of 12 months and judging by the lack of forthcoming design ideas or even in some cases, a return call, decided nobody was interested in our job. We knew ours wasn’t a run of the mill kitchen but after 12 months of trying different local companies around North Wales concluded that no one was interested.
Then we came across Mastercraft Kitchens online and after reading their site in detail realised that they could probably help us. We were impressed that they offered made to measure units and that they could build their units to fit exactly into stairwells and alcoves, just what we needed!
We were not disappointed. They sent out a designer who knew his product inside out and was able to design a brilliant plan utilising the different shapes of our walls to the fullest advantage.
We expected the quote to be astronomical but it wasn’t. It was around the price we were hoping it to be. So we were more than happy to go ahead.
The design stage was completed on the first visit and we had a further two visits to re-check and re-measure every wall, shape and cut out. Electrical work was taken care of and pipes were to be re-routed. The kitchen installation was booked for six weeks from order.
The fitters arrived on time and we were immediately put at ease by the confidence they showed in their workmanship. They weren’t fazed at all. They were cheery and enjoyed their work and actually said to us that it was an interesting challenge to fit our kitchen due to all the scribing in and different shapes.
The kitchen units fitted like a dream and although the back of the worktops followed the weird shapes of our walls, the fronts are perfectly straight and level. Even the kick boards were made specially to fit the floors which we left as flag stone floors.
We are so impressed with the finished result and how our kitchen fits so well, we felt compelled to write this review. We are so happy with everything and everyone at Mastercraft for helping us get to our dream kitchen when so many others couldn’t or wouldn’t take the time or put in the effort.
