Terrible service once you have handed the money over !!!

We bought a kitchen from Magnet Stockton in 2014 they were great until we had paid the money then things changed!! First they sent a some of the units white others cream, they also sent a left sided corner unit instead of right. They never got back to us when we left messages. They were always with a customer when I rang and dates and times they promised came and went when I had stayed in all day awaiting delivery. The didn't send enough plinths and doors, Twice when I rang they didn't put the phone on mute and heard them say "it's that woman again" and "oh tell her I've broken my ankle and I'm
Not here. " it took us 6 months to get all the correct units and the granite work tops were installed. They were black with glitter and within 2 weeks two prices of glitter had fallen out and I have waited for it to be repaired for 9 months after weekly calls and emails and excuses they just ignore them so we have given up its been so stressful. I have never been treated to badly . Please think hard and read other reviews before deciding to go to Magnete.
