Good kitchen, ok fitting, but poor snagging.

The quality of the kitchen units is great and they look really good.
The bulk of the fitting was done in a week and is, for the most part good.
HOWEVER:
- one of the pull-out shelve/drawers was put in at a noticeable angle
- we have had to live for 3 weeks, to date, with holes instead of handles to open the large pan-drawers because the handles were missing.
- one of the side rails on the pan-drawer catches every time it is fully opened because it is not fastened at one end.
Our daughter has disabilities and we chose the kitchen and fittings specifically with her in mind. On the whole this has been successful, but there are a couple of things we would have caught before fitting was done had we been aware:
-the handle on the pull-out larder was put on before we were asked where would be best for us, and is in the wrong place for her: it is vertical and to one side of the cupboard but would have been better horizontal and central.
- the wall mounted microwave cupboard is shorter than the example we saw in the displayroom and thought we were getting. Unfortunatelly we didn't notice this on the pictoral representation so didn't pick it up before it was fitted and too late. This means it not really safe for her to take hot dishes etc out of.
We are currently waiting for the fitter to come and finish the job.
