We recently purchased a kitchen from this company and have lived to regret it. At the time of enquiry one of the main requests we made was that the cabinets had solid backs, this was emphasised on every subsequent visit to this store. We chose a kitchen, which was of good quality, on the basis that they had solid backs. We asked for a quote but was told by the salesman that it was not company policy!
