Designed, supplied and fitted kitchen through kutchenhouse in Manchester.
Delivery on time and fitter arrived as promised, staff generally pretty good and helpful before Order was placed.
Few things missed off delivery, nothing important at this stage just the Led lighting, so the kitchen got installed and functional know.
These missing parts was reported while the kitchen was being fitted but my experience I found was very disappointing that you leave a message with the customer service staff for the designer to ring you back, and nothing happened. Had to go personally at least 3 times and numerous phone calls.
Will have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery.
Fitter provided was helpful and very professional and very pleased with the kitchen and the fitting service.
Need to pay a lot of attention to after sales service which I found very poor, poor because of not responding to phone calls so the customer is left with all the chasing.
I did read reviews and assumed things may have changed but obviously not.
Overall kitchen supplied and fitter very good

Thank you for your review and I apologise if the designer did not return your calls which I will investigate further.
All your parts were ordered as part of the instalation sign off and as we are a German company our remedial items do take on average 4 weeks which we inform customers of as part of our terms and conditions.
On a positive note I am glad you are pleased with the quality of the product and the service you received from our fitting team.
