Sutton Coldfield branch colleagues were excellent and fully explained all products.
Planning was very well executed
Delivery of products and installing of new kitchen was concluded to our satisfaction and the old kitchen was removed.

All of the work was completed in one week but the removal of the old kitchen cupboards and white goods left or revealed damage to the existing kitchen walls or plasterboard. Therefore time was needed to effect any repairs but the new kitchen was installed the next day. A delay of several days would have been more ideal.

The kitchen fitter was very good but pointed out that it was not in his brief to repair any holes and therefore the final product, a new kitchen, was not ideal
Kitchen fitter should have removed transit bolt in CDA washing machine and consequently we had to get a CDA engineer in to rectify our very noisy and vibrating machine.
Green stripping around edge of doors not removed by fitter.
We are still awaiting a replacement cupboard door in the utility
